Sync Infomaniak Calendar with Google Calendar or Microsoft 365

Beyond web hosting and email, Infomaniak offers kSuite (formerly GroupOffice), a full groupware suite including calendars accessible via the open CalDAV standard.

Infomaniak and CalDAV

Infomaniak provides a CalDAV interface for every mail account. Calendars sync natively with standard clients like Thunderbird, Apple Calendar, or DAVx⁵ on Android. Authentication uses your regular Infomaniak credentials — no separate app password required.

Why you need a sync service

Infomaniak users face the same challenge as other CalDAV users: the workplace runs on Google Calendar or Microsoft 365, while personal or team calendars live on Infomaniak. Manually keeping both in sync is error-prone and time-consuming.

ICS feed subscriptions don't solve the problem — they're read-only and Google Calendar only refreshes them every 24–48 hours. For up-to-date scheduling, that's unusable.

Enter https://caldav.infomaniak.com as the CalDAV URL
Enter your Infomaniak email and password as credentials
Connect your Google or Microsoft account via OAuth
Select calendar pairs and start syncing

Custom domains

Many Infomaniak customers use the service with a custom domain for business email and calendars. CalDAVconnect works regardless of which domain you use — authentication is done with your email address and Infomaniak password, whether it's @infomaniak.com or a custom domain.

Private Mode

If you sync your Infomaniak work calendar with a personal Google calendar, you might not want all details to be visible. CalDAVconnect's Private Mode syncs events as placeholders — only time blocks are shown, while titles and descriptions stay hidden.

Privacy: European from end to end

Infomaniak is hosted in Switzerland, CalDAVconnect on Hetzner in Nuremberg, Germany. Your calendar data never leaves European infrastructure. All data is encrypted at rest and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is available.
